Everybody Wins
The Story and Lessons Behind RE/MAX
Few people outside of RE/MAX have had glimpses of the inner workings
of the most successful real estate network in the world. Authors
Phil Harkins and Keith Hollihan provide the first book-length look
at the secrets of RE/MAX success with "Everybody Wins." Published
December 2004, this book is a behind-the-scenes look at how a single-office
operation expanded into a global network. It paints a comprehensive
picture of an amazing real estate franchisor, its colorful chairman,
Dave Liniger, and other key contributors who represent the thousands
of individuals who have been critical to the network's success.

The RE/MAX network found itself in familiar territory in the 2004
REAL Trends 500 survey, once again leading the rankings. RE/MAX
offices have maintained a leading presence in the annual study for
nearly a decade. RE/MAX offices captured 169 - or 30 percent - of
the top 567 spots (more than 500 due to ties) in the study, which
ranks brokerages by closed transaction sides.

in the United States. RE/MAX offices accounted for 68 percent (80
of 117) of offices that topped 1,000 transaction sides in 2002,
and six of the top 10 firms ranked by sales volume per office were
with RE/MAX.

Estate" magazine shows that among the major franchises, RE/MAX offices
and agents have the highest average annual sales volume.

"Entrepreneur," January 2002
For the third consecutive year, RE/MAX was the No. 1 real estate
services franchise in "Entrepreneur" magazine's Annual Franchise

"50 Companies That Changed the World"
RE/MAX is the only real estate organization included in Howard Rothman's

ideas, which now are regularly copied by competitors around the
world."
