The importance of training and on-going education can not be over emphasised.

At RE/MAX Westcoast, in addition to the on-going training and education offered by the RE/MAX system, we have an in-house training session for new licensees. It is a comprehensive 6 week course (12 sessions) done in our office.

RE/MAX Power Start Program - Build Your Business the RE/MAX Way
The RE/MAX Power Start Program is designed to help you build a successful real estate business. It provides you the systems and concepts necessary whether you are launching your career or simply taking it to the next level.

Powered by personality, experience and knowledge, topics in the RE/MAX Power Start Program cover a variety of areas including marketing, prospecting and personal development.

The RE/MAX Power Start Program features hands-on training with each student associate completing workbook assignments. You receive reference materials plus a manual full of postcards, feature sheets and other promotional ideas that have been successfully used by sales associates in building their business. Brian Buffini's 100 Days to Greatness
Brian Buffini introduces an agent training program. Featuring a dynamic, step-by-step curriculum, it teaches the fundamentals of lead generation. 100 Days to Greatness will help you produce a consistent stream of high-quality referrals.

This is a 14-week training/accountability program, featuring the following:

  • Five 90-minute video segments with specific action steps assigned each day.
  • Step-by-step program on how to generate leads quickly and consistently.
  • Course materials, including dynamic marketing tools and supplies for 100 days.
  • An intense course in the fundamentals of doing business by referral, including specific dialogs and interactive role play.

RE/MAX Satellite Network (RSN)
News. Views. Motivation. Education. RSN has it all. Four hours a day, five days a week.
