At RE/MAX Westcoast, in addition to the on-going training and education offered by the RE/MAX system, we have an in-house training session for new licensees. It is a comprehensive 6 week course (12 sessions) done in our office.

The RE/MAX Power Start Program is designed to help you build a successful
real estate business. It provides you the systems and concepts necessary
whether you are launching your career or simply taking it to the

The RE/MAX Power Start Program features hands-on training with each
student associate completing workbook assignments. You receive reference
materials plus a manual full of postcards, feature sheets and other

This program is designed for sales associates new to RE/MAX. The extensive
orientation guides associates through all the tools and resources

Brian Buffini's 100 Days to Greatness
Brian Buffini introduces an agent training program. Featuring a
dynamic, step-by-step curriculum, it teaches the fundamentals of
lead generation. 100 Days to Greatness will help you produce a consistent
stream of high-quality referrals.
This is a 14-week training/accountability program, featuring the
following:
- Five 90-minute video segments with specific action steps assigned
each day.
- Step-by-step program on how to generate leads quickly and consistently.
- Course materials, including dynamic marketing tools and supplies
for 100 days.
- An intense course in the fundamentals of doing business by
referral, including specific dialogs and interactive role play.
